How can I install Yahoo as my browser on windows XP to use alternately with IE?

I would rather not use the IE location bar to do so.

Yes, everyone...Yahoo has a browser...not just a toolbar.

If you're a Yahoo DSL user, sign in on your account and go to the My Yahoo page. Mine has a "More" link in the upper right corner and inside that there's a link to "download software". The browser is on that page.

If you sign in on a certain account in IE, you will be signed in on that account when you load your Yahoo browser, and vice-versa. If you want to log in as two diffferent users, try another browser, like Mozilla Firefox.

Yahoo doesn't make any browsers to start with, if you are looking for alternative browser then i would like to recommend mozilla firefox

http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

if you are speaking about Yahoo search/toolbar then you can download it from

http://toolbar.yahoo.com/

hope it helps
Yahoo isn't a browser... it's a toolbar...

Just install yahoo messenger and you'll get the toolbar for free.

There are other browsers out there..

Mozilla Firefox

and Opera

Those are the next two popular ones, and they are quite prone to spyware too.
Are you talking about making Yahoo your home page?

There's a link on the top left of the main Yahoo page. Click on that and every time you get on the internet, it will come to the Yahoo main page.
Try FireFox with Google ToolBar.
