When I click on my Mozilla Firefox icon on desktop,a message pops up saying 'Use IE you DOPE�

i also says,'I dont hate Mozi but use IE'...Sure this is a case of some virus\trojan but how harmful will it be for my system...PLz folks,I need help on anti-viruses too.
